1. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference use. They are not medicines, supplements, cosmetics or food, and are not intended for human or veterinary use. Full details are set out in our Research Purposes Only notice, which forms part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are purchasing as a qualified researcher, professional or institution for legitimate research purposes. You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of the materials in accordance with all applicable laws.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and/or dispatch it. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we believe the order breaches these terms.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in GBP and are payable in full before dispatch. Where bank transfer is used, your order is reserved and dispatched once cleared funds are received, using the payment reference shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before a contract is formed.

5. Dispatch & delivery

Products are cold-chain shipped within the UK with tracking. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds, including the 14-day return window for unopened items and the fact that opened or used products cannot be returned, are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retatrutide UK accepts no liability for any misuse, off-label use, or human or animal exposure arising from products supplied. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
