Retatrutide UK is operated by Healthevity Distributions ("we", "us", "our"), the data controller responsible for your personal data. Data we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address, submitted through the order form at checkout.
- Order & payment metadata: the products ordered, order reference and the payment reference you use for bank transfer.
- Correspondence: any information you include when you email us.
- Analytics data: if you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device/browser type.
How we use your data & our lawful basis
- To fulfil your order (process, dispatch and provide support) — lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- To respond to enquiries — lawful basis: legitimate interests.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations — lawful basis: legal obligation.
- To measure site traffic via Google Analytics — lawful basis: your consent (you can withdraw it at any time).
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies:
- Essential consent cookie (rt-consent): remembers your cookie choice. This is strictly necessary and set without consent.
- Google Analytics (GA4): only loaded after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics requests are made.
You can change your decision at any time by clearing the rt-consent cookie in your browser, which will make the banner reappear.
Who we share data with
We share the minimum necessary data with: delivery couriers (to dispatch your order), our bank and payment infrastructure (to reconcile payment), and Google (analytics, only with your consent). We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are retained for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically six years). Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
